Looking to take your teaching to the next level?
These ATT modules offers students 30hrs of required or elective hours to count towards your 300hr teacher training. You may enrol in these trainings + receive credit hours towards your ATT even if you have not officially begun your ATT training yet. All hours count for YA-RYT continuing education. Or you can simply join to deepen your knowledge and refine and strengthen your skills as a teacher.
This is a unique opportunity to study with Bridget Woods Kramer, sharing over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the art of teaching yoga.
Advanced Sequencing 17th Oct - 7th Nov 2025
Sequencing is one of the most important skills required to teach Anusara yoga classes.
Over 5 online sessions learn how to sequence in a variety of ways. Designing different practices for a range of abilities, from morning practices to restore and relaxation practices.
Master the skill of weaving in Pranayama, Mudras + Mantras and applying Philosophy to your theme. Keeping your classes fresh + relevant
Course Structure
The training consists of 15 teaching hours delivered through 5 modules online, with recordings available to download.
Included in the tuition will be weekly online Asana classes with Bridget.

Sequencing with key actions or principles of alignment for each class of poses
The discussion of different pathways of sequencing
Creative modifications + use of props
Sequencing with the apex pose or open potpourri class
Sequencing for different levels, abilities + courses

Pranayama 13th Feb - 1st Mar 2026
The Joy of Breathing
Teaching Pranayama is a very important part of teaching Yoga and is a skill in itself.
The majority of students only use less than 50% of their lung capacity so learning how to teach Pranayama can be of huge benefit to your students.
