“The Basunti blues are setting in, but just back from a wonderful retreat with Bridget Woods Kramer. One highlight was going to Dharmsala and also the Golden Temple in Amritsar. It was great to reconnect with my asana practice again and get to know everyone. Here's to going again."

As always with Bridget's retreats, the weekend was an absolute delight—superb and fun teaching, a lovely group, and fantastic food. We learned, we laughed, we danced. So looking forward to the next retreat!

"Bridget effortlessly yet purposefully guided us through each practice, all the while fostering a sense of calm and community with the group. Never have I known someone so capable of teaching and leading without judgment or ego. A sprinkling of humour here and a poignant reflection there."

The retreat was deeply nourishing on every level — your guidance was so clear, grounded, and generous. Each session felt spacious, intentional, and intelligent, allowing me to reconnect more fully with my body and breath. The setting at Tofte Manor was just perfect — peaceful, held, and full of quiet beauty. It really supported the inner work we were doing.
