pre & post natal - advanced teacher training module
31st May - 2nd June
Even if you have no desire to teach pre & postnatal yoga, this course is still for you. All teachers will have pregnant students coming to class. yoga therapy...exploring the psoasFri 21 june 2013 7.30pm – 9.30pm
triyoga primrose hill for all levels £25 Have you ever experienced sciatic pain? This is an ideal workshop for you. The psoas is an extremely important muscle, which works with the glutei and buttock muscles to stabilize the pelvis. Poor posture, sitting for long periods of time, driving and running all serve to tighten up the psoas muscle, creating an imbalance with the buttock muscles…and in extreme conditions it can lead to deep sciatic pain. This workshop will help you explore exactly where your psoas is, how to test if it is tight or imbalanced, and how to relieve pain and bring back balance to your body. |
