The Importance of a Healthy Psoas Muscle with Bridget Woods Kramer
The psoas muscle works with the glutei and buttock muscles to stabilize the pelvis. Poor posture, sitting for long periods of time, driving and running all serve to tighten up the psoas muscle, create in balance with the buttock muscles and in extreme conditions can lead to deep sciatic pain. This workshop will help you explore where your psoas is, how to test if it is tight or imbalanced and what steps to take to relieve pain and bring back body balance.
