Honour the Earth with this Anusara yoga class with a gentle flow for strength and stability to be grounded and supported by the Earth
Week 2: 21st May : Yoga for Air Element
Honour air with a gentle flow for connection and communication. Gentle heart opening practice and simple backbends.
Week 3: 28th May : Yoga for Fire Element
Honour fire as the catalyst for change with a gentle flow to work on the core and breath.
Week 4: 4th June : Yoga for Water Element
Honour water with a gentle flow for fluidity, focusing on the hips to keep everything in motion.
Week 5: 11th June : Yoga for Spirit Element
Mixed asana flow with meditation to honour spirit through which we are eternally part of all that exists.
