Join Bridget and friends for a beautiful Mid-Summer Anusara Yoga Retreat.
Inishbofin offers spectacular landscape, dynamic weather and the feeling of being surrounded by the Atlantic. Step away from the hectic-pace of everyday life and spend your days flowing in natural rhythm. Enjoy nature, community and good food.
What you can expect over the weekend:
With a 10 or 8 class pass you can curate your own retreat experience. Enjoy morning practices with Bridget focusing on the power of Shakti and the faces of the Goddesses. In the afternoon the practice will be more restorative with Somatics, breathwork & meditation or Yoga Nidra. These classes will be shared between Bridget and Henry Morgan.
There will be beach yoga if the weather allows and the option of a St John's night swim and sauna on Tuesday. Massages are available to book. And fabulous walks on the doorstep to enjoy in the time between classes.
Your accommodation and food:
Choose your own accommodation. Yoga takes place at the Doonmore Hotel.

The 10 class pass includes classes that run from 8.30 pm on Friday 19th June to 12pm on Wednesday 24th June.
The 8 class pass includes classes that run from Saturday 20th June afternoon to Wednesday 24th June.
Both passes include a welcome dinner on Saturday and a farewell dinner on Tuesday - all other meals not included.
