300hr ATT module: Hands On Assisting
Looking to take your teaching to the next level?
This ATT module offers students 15hrs of required or elective hours to count towards your 300hr teacher training. You may enrol in this training + receive credit hours towards your ATT even if you have not officially begun your ATT training yet. All hours count for YA-RYT continuing education. Or you can simply join to deepen your knowledge and refine and strengthen your skills as a teacher.
This is a unique opportunity to study with Bridget Woods Kramer, sharing over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the art of teaching yoga.
Over the weekend you will study the art of adjustments in order to be more effective and confident in helping students organise their bodies in held postural alignment as well as in movement.
Learn verbal adjustments using clear and articulate language as well as practicing hands-on adjustments with sensitivity and stability.
