Mondays: 18:00 – 19:15  Online Anusara Flow with meditation / pranayama (recording available)

Tuesdays: 07:30 – 08:10 Online Anusara Wake Up Flow (recording available)

Wednesdays: 19:00 – 20:15  Online Slow Flow with pranayama (recording available)

Sundays: 18:00 – 19:15  Embrace Dance Fitness Penryn Open Level Mindful Vinyasa With Meditation (starting September 19th)

Studio class no booking required, turn up and pay on day £8 non-student, £5 student

Online classes available to book any time (even if class is about to start). Recordings available if you can’t make the live class.
