1st – 8th September 2018
Join Bridget for 7 days on a beautiful yoga retreat in the heart of the Sabine Hills amidst olive groves and a rolling landscape. Less than an hour from Rome, the grounds are lush and abundant, with a natural spring, gardens, pond and swimming pool, the perfect place for a retreat to find space and deepen your yoga practice with one of the worlds top yoga teacher.
“I got to deepen my practices and experience new ones with Bridget’s unique ability to teach a class while
catering for each one’s individual needs, pushing the students to safely go beyond what they think they can achieve.
For me this was a haven of peace in my otherwise very hectic London life and I was also inspired on my yogic path,
as a teacher and student, by the fantastic yogis I met.” ~Maria
Swim, read, walk, have a massage or just chill by the pool.
