Bridget is offering a special weekend retreat for qualified yoga teachers and dedicated students interested in becoming a yoga teacher. Whether you are just thinking about a teacher training or you teach yoga full time at the moment, run your classes for pleasure, or want to re-connect to your teaching path join Bridget for this nourishing and empowering weekend.

THE TEACHERS RETREAT YOGA SCHEDULE INCLUDES:

Grounding evening yoga practice together on Friday

2 continuing education workshops on Saturday providing you with practical tools for your growth as a teacher:

• The art of sequencing and theming allowing you to teach in an authentic and powerful way for your students

• The art of observation and adjustment in asana, with practical and respectful ways to assist

Wake up flow morning practice together on Sunday

Q&A session with Bridget where you can discuss queries you have faced while on your teaching path

There will also be down time where you can enjoy the magic of Tofte Manor and all it has to offer. Sitting on a major ley line, Tofte Manor provides the ideal environment for rest and revitalisation. Enjoy the 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with many secret places, ancient trees, crystal ball water feature and a labyrinth.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION & FOOD

Accommodation will be divided between the Manor House and Stables Courtyard, all carefully restored, created with imagination and attention to detail for your comfort. Vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided during your stay and all rooms have delicious tea, coffee and snack facilities. Tofte Manor bottles its own water that runs through the labyrinth pathway which makes it a delicious, pure and vital, energised potent water!

2 nights / 3 days

£450 per person Twin accommodation (all accommodation will share a bathroom with 1 or 2 other rooms)

£575 per person Single Room accommodation (all accommodation will share a bathroom with 1 or 2 other rooms)

50% deposit to secure room. Balance due 12th December 2022.

INCLUDES
Accommodation for 2 nights and meals Friday evening to brunch on Sunday.

Yoga and workshops, starting with a practice Friday evening and ending Sunday morning.

GETTING THERE

Tofte Manor, Souldrop Road, Sharbrook, Bedfordshire, MK44 1HH

Arrival is from 3pm on Friday, Check Out by 3pm on Sunday

By Car: Only about one hour north of London. The venue is conveniently located near to the M1.

By Train: Nearerst train station is Bedford which takes about 35 mins on the fast train from St Pancreas, London (slower trains take one hour). There are about 6 trains an hour.

Tofte Manor is a 20 – 30 minute taxi ride from the station and costs around £15.
