              Back to the Core
              Your core strength fundamentally supports you in a wide range of postures. 
              Bridget will be looking at bandhas and core strength, specifically how to find and build on this key to alignment in so many poses.
              You will be working on Tadasana, Chaturanga, Handstand and the standing postures and learning the fundamentals of the bandhas and how to stimulate them.

              Finding the balance between alignment and creative freedom in postures. Bridget will be looking at how to build a strong foundation in every posture through correct alignment principles and will then also be teaching how to express your own creativity, your heart's essence in each pose.
              The afternoon will be spent breaking down the different practices of yoga, looking at alignment, pranayama and meditation.

              Celebrating the Solstice with Bridget Woods Kramer and Nicky Slade.

              A workshop celebrating the fullness of summer through yoga and chant.
              This creative flow practice with Bridget to the beautiful sound of live chanting from Nicky aims to draw you inwards to a place of steadiness and peace, a place full of heart and full of intention.

              As the body unwinds and unravels through the physical practice, chant brings us to a place of stillness in the mind which allows a connection to the true heart of yoga.

              The morning will be spent weaving the dance of the flow practice with the music and chant, slowly moving towards that inner stillness.The afternoon will move into a deeper, more grounding practice of yoga, chant and meditation.
