Black Lives Matter

We have to speak up. George Floyds life mattered.

We have to show up. For all of those who have suffered in an unjust system,  those that we have heard about and the many we don’t hear about.

We have to do the uncomfortable work. We have to educate ourselves. This is the practice. Everyday.

Facing Racism, White Supremacy and White Privilege head on. This is the work, our work. Yoga is Unity.
